Gingerbread spoons

This is very versatile because you can use any gingerbread recipe you like and just apply the steps below to make them into the spoons. I love love love these because they are perfect to dip in a cuppa and when you dip the chocolate it melts and it just tastes sensational :)))

1) roll out gingerbread dough to 1cm

2) cut out a stencil of a spoon in a pice of cardboard

3) put your stencil of the spoon on the dough and trace around it with a knife

4) repeat with the rest of your mixture

5) cook in oven for instucted amount of time

6) allow to cool and start melting a small amount of dark chocolate

7) once cooled add a small portion of melted chocolate on the spoon head

8) put all spoons in your fridge one choclate has been added

9) once set serve with a nice hot cup of tea, YUM!
