Raw Chocolate

If you have my snapchat (@tastesofsummer) you would of seem the tutorial on my story of how to make these. But any how if you didn't (your unlucky) but the recipe is below :)) This recipe really depends on how sweet you want them to be. Make sure you taste it BEFORE pouring into moulds and letting it set so you can adjust to sweetness to preference. Down below is the base recipe and you can add as much sweetener as you really like. To down below I also added some pure maple syrup + vanilla to up the sweetness. You can really go crazy with the flavours! I added a few sea salt flakes for some extra flavour bite. Also If you are a dark chocolate fan you will loveeee these so give the a try and let me know what you think! I love them :)

recipe-

1/4 cup of coconut oil

1/4 cup of cacao

1/4 cup of honey

method

1.whisk all ingredient together over a low heat in a pot

2.then pour into a mold and set in fridge or freezer. (I recommend the freezer because it makes it easier to pop them out)

3. Pop them out and transfer to an air tight container

4. Store in the fridge + eat!!
