Hello, Hello! I haven't made these in a while so I thought I would give them a try! I really should of called them fruit balls, but I mostly use apricots in them so that is why I named them

'Tahini and Apricot Bliss Balls' . Yes, this is a Thermomix recipe but I'm sure you could work out how to convert it to a regular recipe in a normal high speed blender or food procesor. Here is the recipe below i hope you enjoy :)
recipe-
60 grams raw almonds
15 grams Linseeds
20 grams sunflower seeds
35 grams Desiccated Coconut
130 grams mixed dried fruits (sultanas, cranberries, apricots),
100 grams honey
20 grams light tahini, (can use regular tahini)
1. Chop almonds on speed 8 for 2-3 secs.
2. Add seeds, coconut and dried fruits to the almonds and chop for a further 3 secs on speed 8.
3. Add honey and tahini to the mixture and blend on speed 6 until a thick paste is achieved. (Use more coconut if necessary to give the required texture.)
4. Shape teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut.
TIP
Other dried fruits can be subsituted, but if they are really sweet (eg dried apricots) then you may not need so much honey. I like to keep mine in the fridge.
These are great for a tasty and healthy snack that is high in calcium.
