gourmet breaky granola

Mmmm a perfect Sunday breakfast minus the cafe minus the huge bill!

recipe-

2 cups pumpkins seeds

2 cups sunflower seeds

1/3 sesame seeds

1/3 chia seeds

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 cups shredded coconut

method-

in a bowl add all seeds and mix

then, over a low heat melt coconut oil and honey together

pour honey mixture in with the seeds and mix to combine

lay out of a tray evenly (may need two trays)

toast in of at 180C for 10-15 minutes

then take out of oven and add coconut

put back in and toast for another 5ish minutes until golden brown

allow to cool and enjoy! with milk or yogurt
