Arancini are a great appetisers and a delish snack! I first had them a my cousins's wedding and lets just say it was love at first bite :) They are not difficult to make, they just take time. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

recipe-

risotto (I made mine in the thermo but you can make yours however you normally make it)

plain flour (to roll, no exact amount)

egg (to roll, no exact amount)

milk (to roll, no exact amount)

bread crumbs (to roll, no exact amount)

salt and pep

veggie oil

method-

1. once you cook your risotto place into your fridge until completely cool

2. roll your risotto in balls (up to you what size)

3. then get out three medium bowls and put flour in the first, milk and egg in the second and the bread crumbs and salt and pep in the third

4. roll your first ball in the flour, then egg mixture and then crumbs

5. place aside until you finish every ball

6. in a small pot fill 3/5 full with veggie oil and heat

8. once hot place in 2-3 balls and let them sizzle until their nice and brown

9. take out and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess oil

10. let them cool a bit before eating
