Making your own nut milk is so much easier then I thought it would be so give it a go if your are looking for a healthier alternative to dairy milk. And making your own is so much yummier then buying it from the carton!

Recipe-

1 cup of raw natural almonds

4 cups of water

Method-

soak almonds over night

in the morning drain and rinse them out

place in your food processor with the water

blend for 3-5 minutes depending of your food processor

uses nut milk strainer bag and strain out all the almond pulp (don't through it away!!)

once strained pour into jug and store in the fridge for 2-3 days
