Raw Granola

This is definite my favourite granola to have for breakfast! It is vegan because it is not sweetened with honey but with dates?? Yes! This really works. Most granolas you will buy from the shop with be loaded with refined sugars, this is probably not he best way to start you day. I only make this recipe once in a while because I do have to pull out my dehydrator and that becomes tricky. If you don't have a dehydrator you can always make my 'gourmet breaky granola' (recipe can be found here). Any way here is the recipe... Enjoy!

Recipe-

1 1/4 cups of buckwheat

1 1/4 shredded coconut

1 cup of dates, soaked

3/4 peacans, chopped (or other nut of choice)

1/2-3/4 sultanis (or other dried fruit of choice)

tsp of cinnamon

in a blender, blend dates until they reach a fine paste

in a bowl add all ingredients and mix well

lay on dehydrator tray evenly and dehydrate for 6-8 hours
