these are the very best cookie to have with a cuppa tea or just by them selves, i hope you gives these a go!
recipe-
2 cups of gf cornflakes (lightly crumbled)
3/4 coconut (i did 1/2 desiccated, 1/4 shredded)
3/4 brown sugar
1 1/2 self raising flour
125g cooking butter
1 tbsp golden syrup
method-
pre heat oven to 160C and line oven trays with baking paper
in a large mixing bowl combine cornflakes, coconut, sugar and plain flour
in a small pot melt in butter and golden syrup
pour butter mixture into dry mixture and mix well until combined
roll teaspoons of mixture in a ball, then push down lightly onto your prepared trays
bake in your preheated oven for 18-22 minutes depending on your oven
cool on the tray for 5 minutes the transfer onto a wire rack to completely cool
