Nourish Bowl w/ Sami's Kitchen

I was fortunate enough to try four amazing spices from Sami's Kitchen! I used two of them to create this nourish bowl.

Recipe-

About a 1.5 of cooked rice

3/4 frozen veggies

1/2 tsp of Sami's Lebanese Chicken spice

1/2 tsp of curry powder

2 tbsps of sweet chilli

1 tsp of coconut or brown sugar

1-3 tbsps of water (optional only use if you are your oldish rice and it has gone dry)

1 large sweet potato

1 tsp of Sami's Ras El Hanout spice

2 tsp of oil

1/2 tsp of garlic salt

sprinkle of pep

Method-

1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat until all mixed through and well combined

2. Cut sweet potato into 1cm coins and then in half again

3. Place on a tray that is lined with baking paper and mix through (with your hands) the rest of the ingredients

4. Bake in the oven on 180 until tender and goldenish

5. Serve all together with whatever you desire!
