Raspberry & Chocolate Bliss balls

This is a recipe from my ebook Happy + Healthy. For the next four weeks I will be share four different recipes from my ebook. I made these into really small bite size bliss balls but of course you can make them into any size you like! Ingredients- 1 cup of almonds 1 cup of dates, soaked 1/3 cup of cocoa/cacao 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

Method- 1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor/blender except raspberries

2. Take out half of the mixture and set aside 3. Put the raspberries in with the other half and blend 4. Roll both mixtures in small balls 5. Roll in coconut and store in the fridge
