Kez's Kitchen

As they say on their website "Food intolerances don’t get in the way of flavours everyone loves". When it comes to Kez's this couldn't be more true. My all time favourite product of theirs is the Free & Naked Bars. They are like a rectangle bliss balls! The perfect snack for anytime of the day and for anyone from kids to grown ups- something for the whole family. I like to put my bars on my morning smoothie bowl to provide more flavour, texture and to keep me fuller for longer. I also tried some of their cereal, this cereal could cure Monday-Itis! It has the best balance of sweetness and crunch! It's best breakfast to wake up to. Even if you don't like classic cereal you could turn them into muesli cookies or sprinkle over your smoothie once again!
